ChatGPT was released to the public less than a year ago, but it’s already had a transformative impact across industries, from media, to tech, to education and more. Indeed, many business leaders and professionals are already experimenting with ChatGPT and other generative artificial intelligence tools, and some have already incorporated them into everyday workflows.

As generative AI systems continue to be refined and explored, their impact is only going to grow, and certain job roles may change significantly. In discussions with leaders, we’ve seen that compliance roles to ensure responsible AI use are already rising. The role may encompass sustaining privacy, protecting intellectual property or just creating simple transparency.
