James (Jim) Barrett

Jim Barrett is responsible for setting strategic direction for the company and overseeing the successful attainment of its short and long-term goals.

As a seasoned corporate leader, Jim has over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple areas within IT software and services organizations. As a founder of Softential, Jim built an extremely successful systems integration organization with a network of more than 12,500 associates across 38 global locations which was eventually acquired by Cyient in 2014. While at Eltrax, Jim grew sales from $0 to $40M and was a key member of the management team that orchestrated and negotiated an acquisition by Verso Technologies.

Jim earned his BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife and three children.

Jacques Jarman
Chief Revenue Officer

Jacques is responsible for all aspects of revenue and account growth through sales, business development, and channel management.

With over 20 years of sales leadership with high growth software companies, Jacques has extensive experience in multiple verticals overseeing explosive growing revenue and managed teams as large as 80 people. At Regent Education, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of financial aid management solutions to the post secondary education market SaaS sales grew from $400K to over $10M annually. Prior to Regent, he spent 3 years at JackBe Corporation, a “big data” pioneer, that provided SaaS solutions and services to some of the largest public and private global institutions and 9 years at OPNET Technologies, Inc. (OPNT), where he managed North American sales and was part of the management team that drove revenue growth from $9M to over $100M.

Jacques earned his BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. He lives in Germantown, MD with his wife and two children.

John Palmer

John is responsible for professional services revenue and Customer Success Program (consulting, engineering, support and training).

Over 20 years of experience in account management and program leadership. Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting supported US Government organizations. At Cyient, John ran program management for clients using edgeTI legacy systems. Prior work at Compuware and AMDOCS created deep roots in supporting customers of both technology and services.

John earned his BS Business Administration, Bowling Green State University.

Scott Lesley
Chief Technology Officer

Scott is responsible for providing strategic input to all aspects of the business and aligning tactical direction for the company for real customer needs with a focus on new logo capture.

Organic growth and consistent skill development over 15 years provide Scott with insight from the executive office to entry level operations. Scott started off in IT working in a tech support call center, progressed to founding the first network security and abuse department for NuVox (now Windstream), then moved into service delivery, consulting, and managing for Softential where he led global teams and was identified as key personnel in the Softential acquisition by Cyient before eventually moving to edgeTI.

Scott earned his Associates Degree from Full Sail University, attended Gardner-Webb University, and earned a variety of IT certifications.

Nick Brigman
VP, Products

Nick is responsible for product management and the partner program.

With over 30 years of experience in enterprise software and services product marketing, Nick has led the introduction of “first of a kind” products and transformation portfolios in both technology and services. At CompuCom, initiated Digital Transformation practice and created Managed Service Platform that included edgeTI that secured market leader positions in analysts reviews. At RedSiren, led fledgling managed security service offering that was acquired by Getronics. Beyond technology and services, Nick ran operations teams for level 2 tech support and NOC at US insurer.

Nick attended Computer Science programs at CSU, Northridge and earned multiple sales, technology, and ITSM certifications. He lives in Chantilly, Virginia with his wife.

While at Eltrax Systems Inc., Mr. Barrett grew sales from $0 to $40M and was a key member of the management team that orchestrated and negotiated acquisition by Verso Technologies Inc.. Mr. Barrett earned his BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Fay Arjomandi is the Founder, CEO and Board Member of the pioneering Hybrid edgeCloud company mimik. She was the executive chairman of H2 Wellness, a software company based in Los Angeles and prior to was the CEO of digital health company NantMobile and led its Augmented reality platform (iD), several digital/genomics health initiatives, and WiGig fabless semiconductor company, Tensorcom. Fay was the CEO of Vodafone xone, the innovation brand for Vodafone, where she oversaw partnerships with startup companies to develop, test and prepare for commercial deployment in Vodafone’s global markets. As a pragmatic technology innovator, Fay has authored many patents and has a unique talent for spotting future trends and “connecting the dots.” She’s received the Canadian Top 20 Tech Titans Award, was named the Edge Woman of the year by the Linux Foundation and many other recognitions. Fay received her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.

Mr. Kay has over 12 years of advisory experience in capital markets. Mr. Kay is the co-founder of Aphelion Capital Corp., the capital pool company whose qualifying transaction was the RTO merger with EdgeTI Inc. Mr. Kay is a self-employed market consultant with a wide breadth of experience in Canadian capital markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Kay has served as a director and/or officer of numerous public companies in Canada and is currently a director of EdgeTI Inc. (TSX.v: CTRL), a director of Cruz Battery Metals Corp. (CSE: CRUZ), and the Chief Operating Officer of Spearmint Resources Inc. (CSE: SPMT). Mr. Kay holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Edward Mede
Director

Mr. Mede has over 10 years of investment and advisory experience in private equity markets. With more than 20 years’ experience in Healthcare holding a variety of leadership positions within Abbott Laboratories, ranging from Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Country Management. Mr. Mede is also the founder, and owner,of several businesses across the globe specializing in residential and commercial Real Estate development and management. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin -Madison and a Master’s in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr. Paulson has over 20 years of leadership experience as a growth-oriented executive, with demonstrated success in restructuring and expanding under-performing businesses. At KETRA, Mr. Paulson completed a fiscal and cultural overhaul, turned EBITDA positive within a year, and ultimately positioned the company for its acquisition by Lutron. At Narrate, Mr. Paulson developed a technology that he then patented. He raised $10M, built out the product and team, and sold the company to Verifone. At Gridspace, he revived a machine learning company and successfully closed multiple accounts with Fortune 50 financial services. At Texas Instruments, he restored and originated customer relationships resulting in record-breaking retention and a $175M increase in yearly revenue. Brett holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Stanford University.

MX. Tomek has more than 25 years of industry experience in cybersecurity, strategic business development, corporate strategy, sales and customer acquisition. She founded TomahawX Technologies, a consultancy to build, grow and operate high performing sales teams for cybersecurity companies in all phases of growth. She serves as a senior advisor to  Next Peak. Committed to cyber security, she currently leads the Cortex initiative for Palo Alto Networks in public sector and has led sales and strategy efforts in Federal and Commercial markets for Lookingglass Cyber Solutions, NetWitness (Acquired by  RSA), and Riptech (acquired by Symantec). MX. Tomek holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from SUNY, Geneseo and Cybersecurity Certificates from Harvard.

Mr. Wesley has served as the CFO for both publicly traded and private technology companies for the past eighteen years supporting three companies through exits and one company through a minority sale for a total of $3 Billion. He currently serves as CFO for Deepwatch, Inc., overseeing finance, legal, and corporate development.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of Cofense Inc. His prior work as CFO includes Cofense Inc.,  comScore Inc., FireEye, Inc., Mandiant Corporation, and OPNET Technologies, Inc. Mr. Wesley holds a B.S. and MBA from George Mason University and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Mr. Brigman has worked with Capital Markets Advisors, Investor Relations, Securities Counsel for US and Canada the TSX Venture Exchange and TSX Trust over the last three years from inception to qualifying transaction was the RTO merger with Aphelion. Mr. Brigman is an Executive of edgeTI managing the long-range product with the CTO and advises industry analysts, investors, and press to assure continuous disclosure to shareholders.
