Jason Nichols

Jason Nichols
Jason is responsible for leading operational execution, scaling go-to-market capabilities, and aligning the Company’s strategic initiatives with the increasing demand for safe use of AI by the Company’s decision intelligence, digital twins, and enterprise orchestration platform. Jason is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in federal defense, intelligence, and civilian markets. He has a strong track record of scaling complex, high-growth organizations and driving major business expansion, including leadership roles at companies such as ASRC Federal, Lockheed Martin, and others. Most recently, he served as President of ASRC Federal’s Defense & Intelligence Operating Group, where he led 4,000 employees and helped secure $2.5 billion in new business wins. Jason earned his BS in Marketing from Clemson University.
Sheri Rempel

Sheri Rempel
Ms. Rempel has over 25 years of accounting experience working with companies in the areas of real estate development, restaurant management, mining, general financial services, and software development. She specializes in the provision of accounting services to public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, and the Canadian Securities Exchange, and to companies preparing to list on a Canadian stock exchange. In addition to providing accounting services to reporting issuers, she serves as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and/or a Director of several public companies in the mining, investment, and technology sectors.

Jaci Tomek
Jaci leads edgeTI’s go-to-market strategy, including sales, business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. She brings over 25 years of experience in technology sales and executive leadership, with expertise in cybersecurity, public sector markets, and driving revenue growth. Previously, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Andesite AI and held senior leadership positions at Palo Alto Networks, Aerospike, RSA, LookingGlass, and Symantec. Throughout her career, Jaci has built high-performing sales organizations, expanded market presence, and delivered significant business growth. She is also a technology entrepreneur, board advisor, and early-stage investor.
Mel Wesley
Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and M&A
Mel Wesley
Mr. Wesley has served as the Chief Financial Officer for both publicly traded and private technology companies for the past twenty years. Mr. Wesley played a key roles in driving significant growth and overseeing billion dollar exits involving NASDAQ listed technology companies, such as, SteelCloud, OPNET Technologies, Inc., Mandiant, and FireEye, Inc.. Of particular value to the Company is Mr. Wesley’s experience in CyberSecurity and Intelligence, which surround current prospect and customer use cases and interest. Mel began his career as an auditor in public accounting, and he holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from George Mason University. Mel is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
John Palmer

John Palmer
John is responsible for professional services revenue and Customer Success Program (consulting, engineering, support and training). Over 20 years of experience in account management and program leadership. Senior Manager for Deloitte Consulting supported US Government organizations. At Cyient, John ran program management for clients using edgeTI legacy systems. Prior work at Compuware and AMDOCS created deep roots in supporting customers of both technology and services. John earned his BS Business Administration, Bowling Green State University.
Scott Lesley
Chief Technology Officer
Scott Lesley
Scott is responsible for providing strategic input to all aspects of the business and aligning tactical direction for the company for real customer needs with a focus on new logo capture. Organic growth and consistent skill development over 15 years provide Scott with insight from the executive office to entry level operations. Scott started off in IT working in a tech support call center, progressed to founding the first network security and abuse department for NuVox (now Windstream), then moved into service delivery, consulting, and managing for Softential where he led global teams and was identified as key personnel in the Softential acquisition by Cyient before eventually moving to edgeTI. Scott earned his Associates Degree from Full Sail University, attended Gardner-Webb University, and earned a variety of IT certifications.
Nick Brigman

Nick Brigman
Nick is responsible for product management and the partner program. With over 30 years of experience in enterprise software and services product marketing, Nick has led the introduction of “first of a kind” products and transformation portfolios in both technology and services. At CompuCom, initiated Digital Transformation practice and created Managed Service Platform that included edgeTI that secured market leader positions in analysts reviews. At RedSiren, led fledgling managed security service offering that was acquired by Getronics. Beyond technology and services, Nick ran operations teams for level 2 tech support and NOC at US insurer. Nick attended Computer Science programs at CSU, Northridge and earned multiple sales, technology, and ITSM certifications.
Christie Odendaal

Christie Odendaal
Christie is responsible for product strategy, business transformation, and customer success, overseeing product development, business analysis, and enterprise technology solutions. Christie brings over 25 years of experience in product management, business development, and program leadership. At Austal Technology/edgeTI, she contributed to the delivery of a AU$34 million Defence Asset Lifecycle Management Program. Previously, she held senior roles at FlowCentric Technologies, Flight Centre Travel Group, ABSA, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel, leading customer success, strategic partnerships, and technology transformation. Christie earned her National Diploma in Marketing from the University of South Africa, with additional training in management, banking, and project management.
