Territory Manager (Multiple Regions)

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for selling Edge Technologies’ software, establishing and maintaining a relationship with accounts, and managing records in our SFA system. The market focus for this position will primarily be North American service providers, enterprises, and financial companies. This will be a full-time position with a base salary plus commissions. Skills required and desired for this position include:


• Proven past success in the field of enterprise software sales
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Must be able to work efficiently and consistently with HubSpot CRM
• Knowledge of network management/OSS/BSS tools and security tools is preferred

Digital Content and Inbound Marketing Manager

This is a key hire with tremendous growth opportunity within our growing organization. We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. As a prolific and talented content creator you will write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • o  Create 1–2 free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • o  Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • o  Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • o  Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • o  Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

  • o  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with Chief Revenue Officer.
  • o  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • o  Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels.
  • o  Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, when necessary.
  • o  Evaluate new marketing tools that will improve performance.
  • o  Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications / Skills:


  • o  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • o  A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • o  Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within B2B software sales to enterprises and government organizations.
  • o  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • o  Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • o  Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • o  Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Yoast SEO, etc.)
  • o  Competency in working with creative platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva


  • o  Experience working and manage campaigns with HubSpot – specifically workflows and sequences.
  • o  Coordination with contact systems like ZoomInfo.
  • o  Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.

Professional Services Engineer (remote)

Responsible for analyzing customer requirements, specifications, tools, and environments for the purpose of successfully delivering our visualization and tool integration platforms, edgeSuite, AppBoard and enPortal. Performs or assists customers and business partners with product implementation and solutions development. Provides creative solutions for integration with a wide variety of tools and data sources. Provides general guidance to the product management and development teams, and acts as a Level 2 escalation point for the Support team as needed for project-related tickets. Acts as a technical representative of the company and must be able to build confidence and trust with customers. Skills required and desired for this position include:


• In-depth knowledge and experience of advanced SQL and skills for data transformation and consumption
• Strong knowledge in Relational Database concepts, Entity Relation Diagrams, normalization and denormalization concepts.
• Strong REST and SOAP API expertise and experience. Experience using APIs created by application vendors.
• Knowledge of data extract techniques from various sources like JSON, XML (XSLT, XPath, JSONPath), CSV files
• Experience in implementing the complex business rules by creating transformations, reusable code and developing complex mappings and procedures.
